What Is the petron99 VIP Program and Why Is It Different?
The petron99 VIP Programme is more than just a label or title — it is a carefully built rewards system designed to deliver a truly different gaming experience for our loyal players in Malaysia. Unlike standard loyalty programmes that only offer reward points, the VIP programme at petron99 focuses on real value you can feel in every gaming session.
From a personal account manager who understands your preferences, to significantly higher withdrawal limits and automatically calculated weekly cashback — everything is designed to make petron99 VIP players feel valued, not just as a number in the system, but as a long-term partner of our platform.
Exclusive Privileges Awaiting petron99 VIP Members
Automatic Weekly Cashback
One of the most tangible benefits of the petron99 VIP Programme is the weekly cashback automatically credited to your account every week with no burdensome rollover requirements. Starting from 0.3% for Silver members up to 1.5% for Diamond members, the cashback amount is calculated based on total net betting throughout that week. For active players, this translates to significant additional returns every month — money that comes back to you simply for playing as you normally would.
Personal VIP Account Manager
Platinum and Diamond VIP members at petron99 get access to a dedicated personal account manager available 24/7. Unlike general customer support, your personal VIP manager understands your gaming history and preferences, and can assist with account matters, bonus enquiries, and special requests faster and more personally. You can reach your VIP manager via in-app live chat or through the exclusive channel provided upon upgrade.
Higher Withdrawal Limits
For serious players, low daily withdrawal limits can be a frustrating barrier. petron99 understands this need and offers withdrawal limits that increase with each VIP tier — from RM 5,000 per day for Silver, up to no daily limit for Diamond members. This means your big wins can be withdrawn immediately without waiting multiple days to process large transactions. All withdrawals are still processed within 15 to 30 minutes with the same security procedures.
Exclusive VIP Bonuses & Promotions
The petron99 VIP Programme provides a layer of promotions you will not find on the public bonus list on the homepage. These include special weekly reload bonuses with lower rollover requirements, birthday bonuses tailored to each player's profile, VIP-only tournament invitations with large cash prizes, and physical gifts for selected Platinum and Diamond members every month. All VIP promotions will be communicated directly via app notifications and personal emails from the petron99 VIP team.
